Hard to tell from the pics. Is it slightly curved (not flat)??
Like to see pics if the back and the curve if there is any.
Looks like brass that was maybe once plated

Hey Tim, Thanks for Responding... Yes it does curve slightly ,There are no numbers of any kind that I can see.
