What is it? SOLVED

[Old River]

Found this Tuesday. Have no idea what it is. It measures two inches across, and one inch deep. Looks as if it had silver plating, or some of the sort.

Thanks PBK. The chrome on the cap is what I saw instead of silver plate. Exactly like the one I have.
