Found this metal detecting on the right side next to an out house. In front of the out house there is a tenant farm house built in the early 1900s. Im guessing Its pot metal? Am i correct or wrong? In picture 2 and 1. The 3 design thing moves. The two sides are solid it is not like a pipe. Its solid. What is it?if Its pot metal it probaly goes to a car, kitchen refrigeator, or bathroom related? When was it produced age? Is it broken anywhere?

I'd say you have the remnants of a dog bone radiator cap more or less as old as Betty White.
