looks like Hematite foundsome on 1715 wreck site with pirate village jean durrand and tom gore in the late 70s respectfully recovery diver1

Geographically where was it found?
What is it made of... glass, stone.

It appears to be flat on the back, so as Plug N Play already suggested it was likely part of something else.
Possibly part of a votive offering to the gods or from a religious item lost in a shipwreck at sea.
