WHAT IS IT ???? + 2 pictures

I was working on the beach for 3 (three !) hours but finds were really meager, today.
But the weather was very soft ; there was no wind at all and it was the first time I could detect without my hood.

The black belt was very long, had to cut it. And what is the thing on the left, with that little keyring ? Could be from a catamaran or so... Any ideas ?

The metal thing on the left is a "snap shackle". It's used on sailboats.
