What Is An LRL "Skeptic"?
The Real Meaning of the Word, "Skeptic"
Here in the LRL Section of TreasureNet, the LRL promoters have continuously misused the word "skeptic."
Here is what Dictionary.com says: Skeptic.
And this is from Wikipedia: Skepticism.
As can be seen, to call someone a "skeptic," infers that he has some doubt about whatever the subject is.
In the face of absolute proof, such as the facts listed in the thread "Known Facts About LRLs," someone who would point out these facts would have no doubts about the fraudulent character of LRLs.
Therefore, to call a person who points out these facts, a "skeptic" would be a total misstatement, and furthermore an outright insult.
Since the LRL promoters have become very critical of personal insults lately, I'm sure they would not want to be guilty of this infraction of the Terms of Use of this forum. So I would expect that they will refrain from committing this blatant insult from now on.
For those who have had problems understanding this concept, let me clarify: Posting facts showing LRLs to be fraudulent, does not make a person a "Skeptic."
For example: A Dozen Points Proving LRL Fraud.
Those who would try to claim that Truth is Skepticism, are merely attempting to substitute Social Proof for Real Proof. The only reason they would have for doing this, is because they cannot produce actual proof that LRLs work.
It's as simple as that.
