I drive by thermal City everyday on my way to work. I also run my dredge and highbanker there or near there.... I have zero experience with a detector and wondered what one would be good for the mineralization in the soil around that area.... My price range is between 500 and 1200ish dollars....
Just wondering if any of y'all had had luck in this ground or area.... Thanks

I'd say Gold Bug Pro, Nokta Fors Gold, or AT Pro for underwater use. The FORS is a steel at Kelly Co. I'f i didnt have a GB Pro i'd get me a Nokta.

Thank for the reply and advise.

Look at the F-19 as well, it is a GBP with a few extras.

If the nuggets are small, most prospectors have a Gold Bug II as their go-to VLF nugget machine.
