what is a " Charter Memeber"

Re: what is a " Charter Memeber"

And an all around swell guy or gal.

$20 better spent than a magazine subscription and you don't have to find a place to pile it. ;)

The charter membership gets a few perks too, like being able to search to do research. You'd be surprised at how much there is WAYYYY back on this site.

Plus, there's a charter members only forum. And being able to make your own personal page.

Also, its helping Marc keep this site going-

Speaking of which, its past time for me to re-up, LOL!

The best 20 bucks I ever spent, bar none. CM is the best way to keep this great forum up and running. Where else can you get so much up-to-the-minute info, entertainment, and fantastic treasure photos? Charter Membership - it's a good thing.

Re: what is a " Charter Memeber"

the best $20 I ever spent, I get so much out of this site. I have wondered why there aren't more charter memebers and I don't think its cause they are too cheap to cough up the money. I think they just don't realize what it is or the benefits you get out of it. Not to mention the joy of knowing you are supporting this site to keep it going. I can't imagine the time and work that goes into it but thank you for those that do.

And the reserved parking space at TreasureNet Towers is nice, too.

You mean....They have not offered you the penthouse?

For awhile I was in the Dog House. That isn't too bad, either. ;)

Charter membership has one of the greatest features ever on a public forum - the ability to see which threads other members (both charter and non-charter) are reading. That way I can see which is the current hot topic at the time.
