Looks like from a scale system where as you add variouos pre set weights to determine weight against another object

I believe someone else posted one recently. Is there a threaded hole on the bottom? Is there a number on top? Can you weigh it?

NO NUMBER ON TOP TO MY KNOWLEDGE BUT IT HAS A HOLE YOU CAN SEE IN THE BOTTOM

AND IT IS MADE OF LEAD O BELIEVE. IT IS HEAVY LIKE A MINIBALL BULLET I WOULD COMPARE WEIGHT TOO.

IM NOT SURE, I CAN CHECK, WHAT WOULD IT MEAN IF ITS THREADED?

if its threaded it could possibly date it better and tell if it screwed on to something. Probably not the case but sometimes they would carve a hole out of the bottom of lead chess pieces to make them lighter. just a thought!!
