Proposed new Federal Metal Detecting License:
This proposal is for a new license to allow metal detector users to operate within the Continental United States. The requirement once this license is issued is for all items found of value to be sent to the Director of Detection at (BH OO Social way Washington DC. 73605) The application for this license can be found on line under "new policies" at the annual cost of $600.00 (cash only) to be send registered mail. Once found items are received, these items will be evaluated and a fixed sum of 6.8% of the appraised value will be returned to the license holder. Expect a delay on payment for the found items to be delayed by about 6 months after they are received. This delay is due to the new policies outlined in the 2021 finance and tax and finance regulations.

Will my shipping for the several old cars and a rotted out bus be reimbursed?

I have a trash can of bottle caps... they can just keep them.

More government? More restrictions. More earned monies “ginned” to waist and line a politicians pocket, like they need more.
We already have that warehouse, the Smithsonian is so full of lost and miss placed boxes of stuff.
I’m sure there is a law on the books already. We have enough laws. They haven’t made up a new one in 150 years. They powers that be just reword the ones we have already.
IMO humble as it may be.

It probably would be less government but under the new standard they call socialism. I personally do not feel that system will be excepted very well.
