What does this mark mean? A crown and the number 800

Found a heavy silver-looking ladle about 14" long with a mark on the back. A crown inside a oval, AMZ above it, and the number 800 below the crown.

There is also a two-prong fork matching the pattern, but on the stem there is only the following: 800 and AMZ.

What does that mean?
