✅ SOLVED What does this clamp go to?

I dug this at a really old house or station house site in the woods. I found colonial wagon wheel parts, harmonica reeds, pocket watch parts and this clamp. Although its obviously old it looks familiar. Does anyone have any idea what this went to and maybe a date range. I was unable find another like it.
