What do these markings mean?

Couldn't get a decent photo with my camera. The top and bottom of the ring is a ring of hearts. The inner part is marked M1 ALE R 58 It came up as 46 on my detector. Could it be some cheap gold?

Looked it up online. It's called Classic Hearts of PANDORA.
