What detector do you use the most ?

Exlporer II.

I have a Tesoro Deleon but I haven't used it in quite a while. I love the Tesoro machines. If I had the Cortes I would probably use it all the time instead of the Minelab.

Minelab EXP II. Great depth, discrimination, back light, other features. I can use it any were but under water and it works well.

Why do you say that ME. Have you used one before? What kind of features does it have that would make you use it all the time.

Tesoro Deleon.

Now watch it start raining all weekend.... ::)

I use the Ace250 for the parks and ball fields. I use the Tesoro Silver uMax for the fields and old house places.

Probably going to wind up getting the Minelab X-70 sometime in the near future.

I only have a White's Eagle Spectrum my dad gave me. I love it! It's probably quite old but it works very well.

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I need help? I have many questions too. I have a Tesoro Bandido II U Max that I have hardly used mainly because I have never figured out how to work it properly. Never been able to pre-adjust it or whatever even following the manual. Should I use headphones to do so? An old friend of mine has a very old M.D. with just 2 or 3 knobs on it and he never changes those settings. He has found tons of stuff but won't let me go with him.

I live in Baton Rouge and have several places to hunt in known CW areas but don't trust my M.D.

Newly plowed cane fields near the river levee or a bayou are the best places and best times to hunt (with permission).

Not that I would or will ever desecrate a grave but I have read in a few books that black people (and slaves) always planted yucca bushes (trees) near or in a cemetery. On property that I deer hunt in LA and Mississippi I have found yucca plants in very out of the way places off of old dirt roads. No head stones or any signs of a graveyard except for the yuccas. Too much poison ivy right now for me to investigate and most places have been replanted in pine many times but I will soon surface hunt. If people were buried there then they must have had visitors whom lost something they were carrying. Anyone heard about the yucca plant (theory)?
