My immediate thought on the item on the left - part of a horse bridle. My immediate thought on the item on the right - part of a horse shoe.

that would be an awful small horse shoe, bridle part is pretty good guess though

The one on the right is to thin to be a horse shoe.

It has a swivel like part on one end. Kind of like a lock hing?

The end with the sq. hole could be a catch. Just a wild guess.
