I was asked to go through my neighbor's dad's coin collection and these came up. I am more of a coin guy and know nothing about them. They all have blank backs. Please help!

I believe they are merchant Tokens from a local merchant . $1.00 ,50 and 25 cents from a pharmaceutical company.

My first guess on seeing them ( and also your location may be a clue ) is that they are farm pickers tokens / picker checks. These tokens were very prominently used in the Maryland area.

Agreed. Production/quota tokens. They were given to workers in exchange for the amount of work done that day. The workers then turned the tokens in to payroll to get paid. Probably from "D" Produce Company.
