I found these three metal things in a cigar box that appeared to have dental tools in it. The unidentified pieces are all threaded and tapered down almost to a point. The smaller two have the same type of bottom shaft that would fit in a drill (like a drill bit). The larger one is 4" long and has a different bottom and what appears to be the initials "RH".
