No tags on it? Check inside the pockets (including inside breast pockets) if there aren’t any in the usual jacket tag locations. And where on the jacket are these patches?

They look more like Neptune's trident to me.

They seem to be civilian. Perhaps yacht club or sail racing insignias.

The 3 tridents look similar to the insignia for a Squadron Commander in the Canadian Power Squadron.

Editing to say it may actually from the US Power Squadron. This is one of their uniforms. The small gold bars are merit marks.

Good one Daroofa! Apparently the U.S. group has the same as the Canadian branch of that group. Note the patches here: GROSSE ILE POWER SQUADRON
