What are these “crystals” in this rock

So I was walking the beach just looking for interesting rocks and shells and I came across this rock with all these shining crystals.. can someone help with out with figure out what’s in this[AT

They look like "Herkimer Diamond Quartz", cool find!

Welcome to the forum Alicea. These appear to be single terminated quartz crystals. Herkimer diamonds are typically found in a dark gray or black matrix or loose and are double terminated. If you ever want to find herkimer diamonds, there are some wonderful deposits and mines just north of Cooperstown NY (Herkimer County NY).
