The oval thing, looks like a hinged lid to a ladies beauty set. ie brass lid often found on shallow glass pots with ? (powder, cream etc) in them.

OK, this is what I see, although it's hard to judge the items that don't have a quarter for size reference. #1 I think is a costume jewelry ring slit so one size fits all and it has been squashed. The second item looks like a belt buckle with the hooks missing from the back. The next is a piece of filligree iron from Lord knows what, perhaps the legs of a sewing machine? The next item looks like a piece of 6" cast iron sewer pipe. While the last item looks like plumber's lead that can be unrolled to remove chunks for melting and sealing the cast iron sewer pipes. (Or a petrified cinnamon roll). :wink: The last item , I can't even guess. Like I said, this is what I am seeing when I view those items, but probably wrong? Monty
