Good evening everyone
Got a new permission 1923 home in the historic part of town. Wow what a place . Better fines so far 1926 SLQ, large sterling ring, sterling silver thimble , American bottlers of carbonated beverages medal, fob ? 1911 39th fireman?s convention held in Milwaukee and a number of other cool items. First day about a hour or so found the SLQ, large sterling ring , a fireman?s delegate pin , sterling thimble and the American bottlers of carbonated beverages medal/fob not sure of the date of these two thinking 1910-1920?s if any one knows please let me know . Decided to go back this morning for a bit of a slower hunt. And it all started again, out pops what looks to be maybe the upper part of a ribbon possibly to one of the convention medals daters Aug 1 1899 ? Than the beautiful lower portion of the 1911 fireman?s association medal
This one I was able to find the complete example on line. Will certainly be going back matter this week. But I think it is safe to say someone liked conventions. The American bottlers of carbonated beverages I have seen other examples from different years but with out the upper portion I can?t be certain of the year . If anyone has info on any of these please feel free to share the info. Thanks everyone and keep swinging
