I Knew where the Power Station sat . in the mid to late 60's my
dad used to Visit a dynamite Bunker there when he needed a couple sticks.
nothing there but cement buildings and rusted machinery.

no Idea about he town dump. Probably allot of Bitters in it for sure.
By description , Must have been above the Lookout
for the View described , And likely in the Hard Curve somewhere
