Met up with max today in the same location we have been hitting pretty hard and where I found my first gold ring yesterday! Unfortunately, I didn't have an luck again on that count but max did pull and OLD looking ring, possibly silver with some kind of stone. I'll be looking for his video tonight after he cleans it up to see what he found! Mostly aluminum slag, can-slaw, pull tabs and lead sinkers. Did get some clad ($0.86) and some other stuff:
One thing I did find, that I could use some help identifying, was a large metal ring with a chain link attached.
I wish I had taken a picture before I cleaned it up some but it was pretty crapped up and I didn't even know it had the link. I just thought it was some of the concretions around it. After I cleaned it, I realized I had a matching one, or damm close, that I had found yesterday and hadn't cleaned it yet. Once I did, it sure looks like the other one. What do ya think? Any Idea what they could be?
