Went out today did some yakking and hit a field

Went out with a fellow member who found a killer plus some other great pieces. I hope he posts them. Anyway it was 35 degrees and just seemed like a good day to hit the water and beaches. Found an interesting drilled shell on the shoreline and I think a scraper or blade in the field. The tool is pretty neat because I have never seen the material before. Sorry not spectacular finds but my first of 2017.

Hopefully more success next time.

I'm sorry, but IMO the first pictures are just chipped chert from a tractors tiller blade.
Don't know about shells, but pretty cool looking.

Definitely a worked piece. Found in the same area as a lot of flakes and a couple broken quartzies.
