Hey all, I recently found a button that is plain(no marks on top) but has Wellington on the back mark and some other smaller letters that I cannot read. Can anyone tell me if they know of this back mark? I cannot find anything on it. I will try to get a closeup of it and post it. Thanks for the help..

Also I have two States of the Union medal/tokens. One with Alabama on the front and Connecticut on the back, the other with Washington and Deleware.. Any ideas on the age? They are aluminum, kinda like a Sunoco token or Crackerjack type token. Thanks for all the help. jgas
 

I believe that this is a c. 1815 British civilian commemorative backmark button issued following the Duke of Wellington's defeat of Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo. Hughes & Lester list a similar button: flat, plain faced, gilt, with "Wellington" and a laurel wreath on the back. Here's an example:
