What is it? The bones of the Kennewick Man found in Washington's Benton County along the Columbia River. There was a long legal battle over the remains, but they finally got checked out.
He was not native American but rather a member of a ban of seafarers that no longer exist.

I've been following this as well. Apparently he had no cavities, even though his teeth were basically worn down to the roots. He also survived some pretty severe injuries that would have likely required hospitalization today. Perhaps he knew a thing or two about proper diet and nutrition.
