Well, it is about time...

Hello everybody! i barely had the energy to roll out of bed, and went to the beach (myrtle beach). Today is my last day here for 2 years, and by that time, my hotel will be knocked down ( ). So i took my coil to the beach and wasn't getting any hits and then i remembered that dekalb 33 said to "walk the water line". My MD isn't good at this point and there was a lot of worthless chatter, however i got a solid hit. I took my scoop and, expecting a pull tab (as my MD said), i popped out a solid 10 carrot GOLD RING. I was so stoked i had to take a break. It is yellow gold with some sort of engraving all the way around the out side that look like diagonal dashes that are white. I only found a couple more coins and some fossils. Now that i think of it, the prophecy that some of you gave me,"you will find that gold ring tomorrow", came true in a great way. Thanks everybody for telling me to keep trying.
