I got this from a family friend a little while ago with a coin collection. It is a old pocket watch case and is marked sterling. All of the parts of the case have numbers, like serial numbers. This watch has 318 stamped on the parts. I have no idea what kinda value this is worth and I would like to hear more about its history from you folks that know about this type of stuff.

All of the older seated coins, barber coins, and gold coins were inside this case.

Thanks,
Storm

After a series of mergers in 1904, the Philidelphia Watch Case Company name became the Keystone Watch Case Co., Riverside, N.J.(another source states Newark, N.J.).
