Well everyone, you won't believe this but...
I stopped by my bank today to pick up my second box of halves and I struck silver even though I haven't even opened it yet. The teller asked me if I wanted her loose halves and dollars and I said sure. Well, I paid for the loose change and when she dumped her drawer on the table, I almost fell over. I believe it may have been someones collection. She told me she almost didn't take the coins because she thought they looked "weird" and maybe fake but I knew they weren't
Here is what she had loose:
Total 21 halves
Only 1 clad half
10--90% Franklin 1963
10--90% JFK 1964
Clad---1974D
1--Eisnehower 1971
5--Susan B's 1979
17---Sacagawea dollars
Needless to say, I can't wait to open the box tonight after work and I do believe I have found my "bank" to deal with! Happy CRH everyone!
