I found this stuff while managing a small town Landfill. It always amazed me what people would throw away.
In the early 1960's, I managed a town landfill for the construction contractor I worked for. I was always amazed at what people would throw away.
Here are a few items I just re-found. TreasureNet may not have been around back then.

The 1900 Bryant & May match case is on ebay for 99.00
The silver plate tray is from W.S.P.CO marked 3796.
It was a shame the lead toy rifle had the bayonet broken off when I found it. I filed it to shape and lost some patina. Back then, I didn't know anything about patina
Two lovely pass keys. Not to be confused with skeleton keys.
And of course...The key hole.
