I personally have no Problem with it.
as long as you set a end date.

In the distant past we had a couple members complain about members asking for best offer.
But I don't remember them having good reasons

that was pre-Charter Members too I think.
So as far as I'm concerned Go for it.

Some folks set a starting bid, bid increment and specific time period the auction to end.
A good way that works and is very fair is to do all that but after the last bid, the clock has to run for 24hrs before the bidder wins. This allows for added exposure and gives people a chance to run across your item. Works well for coins.

feel free to add the wanted adds here.

this particular section seems to have very little traffic.
there could be several reasons from people coveting their finds too much,
or not thinking they have value.
or lack of knowledge of the section.

again, Feel free to add wanted Posts also.

if things take off to the point a separate Wanted section would make sense,
one can be added
