Can someone identify this rock please ? ... I was out deer hunting this past November... Very cold/snowed the day before... The trail was half covered but bare ground and rocks (nothing even close to this one in the area)in spots... I found this on top of the snow... No foot prints, no truck or atv tracks or sign of people or deer for that matter

It if was from Maine, possibly a rounded glacial cobble of granitic makeup. Maine is full of glacial boulders of all sizes.
