I’ve had this for over a decade. I’m not for sure but I’m 95% positive I found it here in central nc. It’s a hollow kind of cone shaped tube thing with very small crystals inside. Any idea on what it is would be much appreciated, thanks!

Agree, looks basically like a tube shaped geode.it almost looks like it's a variety of concretion.
Water leaching through the ground picks up minerals and as it enters a hollow area in stone or ground, the minerals crystalize. Over time the softer material weathers away leaving the crystals. That could account for it being somewhat hollow with crystals on the inside of the straw formation.
Correct... IMO.Maybe fossil coral?
