I was thinking Jews harp also and while searching I found they were made in many different sizes, shapes and tones.
As the Video I Posted says there are over 160 Varieties.
I'm sure that includes Many different Sizes.

Hate to disagree but that's not factual. Had one that was a little shorter than a shirt pocket is deep (1962ish). Teacher told me the vibrations would loosen my front teeth and they'd fall out. Sooooooo....... I went to the Rexall Drug store & bought a kazoo! Bet if he flips it over you can see where the crimp is for the reed.It is too small to be a jews harp
