Weird buckle need info and value

Found weird buckle it's got markings on front and back CTasha 48/1000 on front and CTasha 76 on back please help on info or value or both

Made by Carl Tasha in 1976, and was the 48th out of 1000 made

If you search "Carl Tasha" on eBay, you'll get a general idea. I'd guess it's probably in the $150 range, give or take $100
