Hey everyone - haven't been out much this month but got to go open my dad's cabin in central IL last weekend and managed to do a little huntin on an old fairground, plus some private property where a 1900 school house once stood. Soupie joined in for the fun as well and managed some goodies too. I got one of the indians the first day out, the shield and a sterling ring that I gave back to the land owner the second, and the third hunt got 3 indians and the 60's pursespill that left over 30 coins and tokens scattered in a 3sq ft area. Every digger's dream is a spill this big but sadly, it only gave up 1 silver. A couple nice tokens and 27 wheats were nice though. Not complaining. Had nice fires, great cooking, good beer, and rain only on Friday. I hope these pictures post in order...
