I have been really busy , I am sure evryone probably is this time of year. Here are my finds from this weekend. We added another member to the family, my daughter picked her out at the humane society this weekend. Her name is Izzy! I hope everyone has a great week. Tsgman

I finished out my basement a couple of years ago and added 3 more bedrooms and a family room and 2 more bathrooms and a complete kitchen. And to answer you question, nope I still do not have enough room!

Was the fourteenth corps anywhere in the area? If you turn the carved bullet upside down it will look like an acorn. The 14th were in my area alot and there have been many carved acorns found around here that are similar. The acorn was their corps insignia.
Here one I dug:

Its not the best example, and it is different than what you dug, but I have seen some that look just like the style of yours.

D, thanks for the reply! The items I found are probably from the Army of Gen. Curtis. When they were at the peak I believe they were about 12,000 men. They were all over Missouri. Tsgman
