I was the guy who was with John when he found his 1805 half dime. It was a super find and I reminded him that a while back I found this 1805 Bust dime and he had to see it. Well it took a while to get around to it but here is a picture of the Bust Dime I found while hunting a War of 1812 site. It was a nice way to break in my new detector. I paid for the detector the first day. Now for John 's site .. I have had some nice coins come from his site but the best one I found while I was heading back to my car to go home . A swing of the coil bang !! I dug a nice 1787 Fugio Cent. I will take a picture of this one but I move slowly so in a week or two I will have it on the site. The Fugio Cent was made from the bands of copper used to hold powder kegs together. It is also know as the Benjamin Franklin Cent who developed the wording for the coin. Jim
