we had a 4 ring day today at the ball park - 10k & 14k gold - 2 junkers

Trap sprung – no capture today – – trap set overnight, but I just found out we are going to retrieve it after 9PM...


Old-timersworked for me today – u will understand...


Ken and I meet john at one of our local baseball/sports fields and give this zone a spin today.


We all hit rings today –clad – many tabs and wire.


I think I struck first with the Tesoro compadre and hit a big fat gold mans band –10k, then I hit a skull ring and as I am filming, ken hits his first ring, sometime passes and john hits his 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] gold ring for 2013 – nice 14K ticket.


I have a feeling you might see us back here again.

I hate that wire crap! I always find a load of it when Im hunting baseball fields. Sometimes they are really long pieces, like 6-8 inches and I always get excited thinking I found a necklace.

I was wondering what that chatter was every time you set it down! You could hear it through my ear buds! Thought you had some sort of ground balance issue. Good info to know for the Tesoro hunters!

Hey Max great find! Also I had the same problem with the Garrett Pinpointer. I called the company and they said that if I had a frequency shifter on my machine to change the frequency. I did that and it worked no problem. I feel sorry for the people that don't have frequency shifters on their machines because they are stuck listening to that chatter. Love seeing the gold!
