I have an older model DetectorPro with the hardwired coil-to-headphone connector where I cannot swap out coils. headphones pulse connector.webp
I want to change the hardwired connector for a waterproof type where I can easily swap my 8 and 11 inch coils. I dont want to deal with DetectorPro. Does anyone know where I can buy a waterproof coil-to- electronic connection? (My electronics are in the headphones). This is what it looks like. MVC-025S.webp

BCH,
How many pins in the connector? I can check at SkyCraft Surplus... You can also submit requests/orders here: http://skycraftsurplus.com/

They carry almost any electronic component, doo-dad, or whatzit you could ever wish for...
I know they also have a variety of connectors... I will be stopping by soon to pick up a few PCB relays and will keep an eye out...

I have 3 wires.

I may have to order an inline connection. :-\ It looks as if my hardwired headphone-to-coil connector is glued on.

bummer... maybe use shrinkwrap????
Maybe because I use it surf only. Its not a waterproof headphone set. Someone gave me a line on inexpensive inline connections. Thanks.
