Water height is making fishing spots along the river pretty scarce,no dang shore line,in the past three years water was 50 foot further out from this spot, this is where the Agawam And Connecticut rivers converge, all other spots are underwater.

I saw a bunch of stuff walking in there and walked over to see what it was,if you look at the bottom of that brown blanket you'll see at foot in a sandle,a homeless guy sleeping.

I was there about 3 hours and he slept until I was getting ready to leave, never said anything to him I just left.I did get one,I really like how these fish fight, they don't give up.

I slid him back into the water,he musta stayed there for a good 10 minutes breathing, his gill was pumping out water,I touched him with a stick and all hell broke loose water splashing every where, and off he went.

Our local lake is 8' above normal summer pool. All the regular boat launch ramps are closed. Fewer high water ramps and now these are super crowded with boaters wanting to get their boat in. And...more heavy rain today. Gary
