Me too! when I find keys, I take it as a good luck omen skeleton keys are the best. The yellow soon follows.☠️
 

Must of been a room or a cottage rental.
Love the way brass looks after being in a wet environment.

OBN this one has a mark also at first I thought it was another GF but if you look close, it says E.F.

I'm not a pro on jewelry marks, but doesn't the E stand for electroplate?
Does the french hook that hangs it in the ear have any marks?

You're right. I don't see ANY cheap plate IPPOLITA jewelry and it must be a marking for the type of finish I would guess.
