Its a Pocket watch!!! Cant tell any more!!!! I love Pocket watches !!!! Some times it Hard to see them In bad condition!!!! HH Chug

Try to pry the Back off to get a Id!!!! ( Is really hard to say ) Maybe try to clean it More It wont Hurt it!!! HH Chug
