I think its a watch fob but not sure. found it last year in the seirra nevada montains at an old cow camp hitching rail that has been used since the teens, the elevation ther is about 8000 ft. haven't been able to find out any thing about this, value or anything else,I've checked ever web site I can think of. This came out of the ground(about 10in down) looking just as it doe's in the pic, back side is blank.

Neat find. Try google and type in 1915 panama pacific exposition. Watch fobs are one of the items listed as souvenirs. I didn't see an exact match but it said there were others. Nice find in nice condition. Way to go!! Two Dogs

snuffy...

Right now I could not find an exact match either... but, similar pieces from that same event are going for 5.00 - 15.00 on e-bay, and through some of the power auction houses they are trying to get 35.00 - 55.00.

Best bet? Keep on Googleing, and wait till you find the same item. I truthfully don't think it is rare or very valuable... 10.00 maybe.

PS - I am not a professional, I just have an opinion.

Very nice fob. I'd have been quite happy to find one and in such great condition. Congrats! The best I could do on fobs from the Exposition. No matches, but neat to look at IMO.
