Looks like a fob. Mabey G was the owners last name initial.

As Randy mentioned, indicating the size of an item is crucial for identification.

I agree with the consensus though... without knowing the dimensions, I'd say watch fob.

Fob... not necessarily from a watch... could be key fob or...
