Hello everyone,

Things have been slow for me for a bit. However, all that changed today. Picked up a ton of great stuff all from one rummage sale. These are the watch items. Will post other stuff later.

I picked up two watch FOB chains and the FOB. This is gold filled.

The FOB with the letter K on it was attached to the gold filled chain. Because of the pointed end, I believe this is some type of pocket watch tool. Maybe something to set the time on certain watches. Let me know what you think.

This larger one is 14K. It weighs in at 25g.

Going to keep the 14K one for my Waltham 14K pocket watch.

thx for looking,
bill

That 14k chain is a show stopper!! Beautiful piece!

Thanks Captain!

I did more research today. Seems the slider chains were used by women ask necklaces to where their watches.

The letter K FOB is a watch key used to wind certain types of watches.

Nice score on the old gold. My gold finds this weekend consisted of about 40 pieces or so. Unfortunately they are all tiny gold earrings and backs, lol.
