Wasn't hard to date this.....

....especially when the date is in 1 inch letters! Hello, went to an 1880's town and didn't find anything to cuase a commotion. a Michigan 1932 license plate, a few coins, and a Remington 12 guage shot gun shell ( is there any other kind).

Did that plate give a good signal?

I've dug a bunch of them myself. The oldest so far was 1929. Most come out of the ground in pieces.
