Washington mt token/coin

Ok so I found this dime sized token in a area where nothing I have found has been newer then about the late 60s so I'm assuming it has some age to it. It came up very jumpy on my Coinmaster pro even when on top of the ground. It's around the size of a dime and says Washington mt and souvenir on it and obviously is silver colored. I can't not find a image of the token ANYWHERE online. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
