Best,

Chagy........

I fired a shot across the bow of the individuals engaging in personal attacks. However, I did not think it was necessary to delete the thread. Since the moderators did not delete the thread, it had to be Seahunter himself. And just for the record, Seahunter had every right to be upset, and I think a certain someone owes Seahunter a public apology.

Cornelius, I'm a newbie here, but I enjoy all of the posts that come across here. Seahunter asked me to help him, but I don't feel that I'm being enticed. We all know the risks involved with TH'ing. It's the adventure that gets our blood going. We should all have a chance to do our dream without it being dashed down or overly scrutinized. I enjoy your input as well as Seahunters, as well as everyone here that has tons more knowledge than I do. Some of us cannot do our dream, maybe someday, maybe not, but the dream is always there.

Cornelius, no one is assessing blame and no one mentioned your name, as fare as I am concerned this is a matter between you and Seahunter. However, now that you mention it, your comments to Seahunter were less than civil in my book, as was Seahunter?s retaliatory salvo, and then a third party jumped in to defend Seahunter and attacked you directly, and things were spinning out of control. As moderator it?s my responsibility to keep things orderly and civil.
No one is asking you or anyone to leave this Forum. Dick said it best.
Now! Lets end this thread and all get back to Treasure hunting.

Wreckdiver1715...

Clearly you misunderstood my intentions (as maybe others did as well?). I felt that Cornelius' comments to SeaHunter were not pleasant or justified, however I did not "attack" anyone. I have met with SeaHunter personally and he has a great project and I felt it important to put that out there. As for Cornelius, I merely offered some friendly advice! Clearly there is a lack of maturity and support on this forum!

SeaHunter clearly has chosen not to be a part of this forum because he was "attacked" unjustifiably... and now you are painting me as an "attacker" because I stood up and put in my two cents worth. As a moderator, you "walk on eggshells" to keep the status quo on this forum and your intentions may be good... but maturity, honesty, accountability, and being supportive are qualities that are important and clearly have not shown themselves on this forum. Best of luck... i'm outta' here. Goin' treasure huntin' with the "pros"... PhippsFolly

Phips easy on Wreckdiver, he is a good guy, as are you all. Its got jack to do with maturity. So many different people, different cultures backgrounds, and ages and different opinions which come over the wrong way, maybe its time we all take a chill pill, have fun out there find the goodies and show us the photos. 99*
