Another trip with Lost Signal to the colonial site we have been working. Getting hot and another snake but still found some interesting items. Lost Signal had the find of the day with what appears to be a dagger guard (quillon block?). One side has a reclined figure holding grapes surrounded by food, the other side he is holding a sword and arrows ready for war. We found a few flat buttons, one nice floral one, horse tack, a broken buckle, spoon handle. I found a curved piece that looks line it was hinged, not sure what it would be.

Thanks for looking.

Nice hunt, really nice guard, nice buttons & cool ornate button, congrats on all the saves, you did well

What a splendid batch of goodies! :tongue3: The guard is a beauty! Well done! :icon_thumright:

Very nice relic hunt, congrats! :occasion14:

I complain a lot about mbcuce "beating" me on our hunts, but I have to say that I think my quillon block won the day. The floral flat button is cool, though.

Nice batch of cool relics. That guard is a interesting find. Congrats mbcuce!
